A website and ongoing design support project created to help Provident Health Foundation communicate its mission, impact, and community investment with greater clarity and consistency.

Provident Health Foundation needed a website that reflected the scope of its work and made it easier for the community to understand its mission, funding opportunities, and long-term impact. As a foundation focused on improving and sustaining the health and well-being of people in Marinette and Menominee Counties, the organization needed a digital presence that felt credible, community-centered, and easy to navigate.

THE CHALLENGE

They needed a website and supporting materials that could clearly communicate both their mission and their measurable impact.

As a foundation serving a broad community need, Provident required more than a simple online presence. The website needed to support grant visibility, explain funding priorities, and reflect the organization’s role in improving health outcomes across the region. At the same time, its reports and supporting materials needed to present more detailed information in a way that still felt organized, professional, and easy to engage with.

We created a website and ongoing design system that helped their mission, funding priorities, and community impact feel more clear and cohesive.

The approach centered on building a strong digital foundation first, then extending that same clarity into the foundation’s ongoing communications. The website was designed to better organize key information around mission, grants, community focus areas, and impact, while ongoing report design helped translate complex information into materials that felt polished, readable, and aligned with the organization’s public presence. Provident’s site highlights grant applications, funding cycles, focus areas such as mental health and healthcare access, and key community-impact metrics, all of which benefit from clear information design.

The final result gave Provident a more polished public presence and a stronger way to communicate its work across both web and print.

With a refined website and continued design support in place, the foundation is able to present its mission, priorities, and impact with greater consistency. The work created a more cohesive experience across digital and printed materials, helping Provident show up in a way that feels both professional and community-centered while supporting trust, accessibility, and long-term visibility.
